Top performing, high-potential candidates who are advancing toward future senior leadership roles.
Participants in this program will identify and clarify the opportunities and the potential barriers to achieving their leadership aspirations. They will complete the Energy Leadership Index Assessment (TM)*, learn about the Seven Levels of Leadership*, and then work through the Energy Leadership Development System (TM)*. Participants will identify at least one major business project or opportunity. Leadership strengths and gaps will be identified and the participant will receive coaching to strengthen their performance specifically as it applies to their project. This hands-on learning and development program covers leadership dimensions such as:
Holding others Accountable
Developing work relationships
Health & Wellness
Three to four coaching sessions per month (~1 hour each)
Significant time allocation to apply learnings to project
