Program Overview

A series of four to six workshops with your leadership team to dramatically improve relationships, collaboration, trust, and synergy. For the initial workshop, each team member completes the Energy Leadership Index Assessment (TM)*, and (optionally) a 360 degree Energy Leadership survey. The debrief of these results with your team will include team exercises to identify opportunity areas.

Subsequent workshops are designed to address challenges or opportunities identified in our first session and may include such topics such as:

Building Trust & Integrity
Change & Conflict Management
Goal Setting & Prioritization
Listening & Communication
Managing Stress, Health & Wellness
Coaching for Performance
