Beginning with a journey of self-discovery, participants will learn how to increase performance by connecting to purpose, communicating effectively, influencing without authority, and managing relationships across the organization. Participants will also learn to lift their sights beyond their own function to gain a broader understanding of strategy and business performance.

Each Path is a blend of online learning, facilitated live sessions, and practical exercises, typically completed over three to four months.

Paths can be taken individually or in succession, however, Path 1 is required before enrolling in the other three Paths.
