Designed For

Existing first-line or more experienced managers who need to make the leap from “supervising” to “leading”.

This course invites managers to make a step-change in their impact by developing their self-awareness, communication skills, and EQ capabilities. The course is particularly helpful for managers who have a tendency to be overly “hands-on” or find it challenging to delegate effectively. Participants will learn practical skills to shift their focus towards developing their people, thinking strategically, and growing the business.
