This course invites managers to make a step-change in their impact by developing their self-awareness, communication skills, and EQ capabilities. The course is particularly helpful for managers who have a tendency to be overly “hands-on” or find it challenging to delegate effectively. Timeframe

Each Path is a blend of online learning, facilitated live sessions, and practical exercises, typically completed over three to four months.

Paths can be taken individually or in succession, however, Path 1 is a requirement before enrolling in the other two Paths.
